      Pros

      I feel the place empowers and allows you to grow with the company. There are ample of opportunity to set standards, implement change and introduce new ideas. Great pay master and one of the best MNC in Taiping where compensation is on par with Penang standards

      There's always people politics which I feel is same everywhere you go. You need to learn resilience to change and people
