      Great employees, great pay, and was a great growth opportunity

      Cons

      Our facility is shutting down and operations are being moved to Mexico and overseas. We were told three years ago that the plant would be shutting down. It seems that they are still unsure of the actual time the plant will shut down. There have been speculation that the plant will completly shut down in 2020.

      Opportunity to work with many departments at once, with potential access to multinational facilities.

      Cons

      They don't put a lot of love into their R&D, and they follow the paradigm of waiting for small companies to invent things, then buy them.
