Pros

Pay is competitive, people are great.

Cons

The only con I can really think of is that the education is a little lacking. The info is there, but not organized as well as some other companies I've worked for. Getting up to speed will require a little extra leg work is all. Work-life balance isn't ideal for me personally but to be fair I don't have anything to compare to as I've grown with company.
