Fantastic culture, forward thinking and moving forward with Inclusivity initiatives. For those who want them and are driven, there are amazing opportunities in Teleflex. The team environment and people centric culture can be felt - this is very dependent on your immediate team and management and I have been very fortunate in this respect.
