Abundance of opportunity with upcoming public company split.

Cons

Unclear for some groups who will be on RemainCo and who will be on NewCo. Reporting and operating structure also unclear, which leaves uncertainty for employees.

Literally none, other than they exist to give you a paycheck. I guess the work/life balance is good since they have a European culture.

Cons

Lots of coasting B-players. Everyone has either been there less than 5 years or for 15-20 years. Competent people leave. Executive management is visionless and scrambling for their own jobs. We were acquired by TFX and witnessed their lack of ability to integrate a successful business into their own systems. Stay away if you value your time and skills.
