OK pay and fair benefits. company agrees to pay small amount of money for education (IF you get the approval from management)

Cons

NO potential growth within the company people are overworked and stressed out at all times you need to watch your back... management DOES NOT LISTEN to their employees, although meetings are never-ending. no HR on Premises - employees are struggling with getting timely help or advice on sensitive issues there is no leader, but way too many managers

Good benefits steady indoor work training is good in all areas except running the machines tuition reimbursement

Cons

too much paperwork a lot of responsibility is put on operators to make changes in the way they do things often through green training copies no sick time many zero tolerance policies even for honest mistakes-length of employment makes no difference hard to advance in the company too much family running the show and friends of friends

Teleflex is getting out of trucking and marine hydraulic steering markets and focusing on Medical Device market segments. So if you were part of the business units in these market areas, your job would have been subject to elimination as Teleflex sold off these businesses to GFI, Impco and others.
