      Pros

      Autonomy, being listened to. Fair packages, Fun people to work with. Well established cost effective products which are well respected.

      Cons

      Slow to react to changes in marketplaces sometimes. New products are not always in line with customer demands and needs.

      Pros

      A strong leadership with a clear vision, strategy and set of values that informs how they make decisions, even the most difficult ones. As a listed company, growth and all the usual measures apply to how success is measured but I have seen enough to truly believe that trying to improve peoples lives is or becomes part of the personal motivation for many. Plenty of opportunities for career development at a company that is growing and where change is an exciting and ever present constant.

      Cons

      One persons pro can be another persons con. Career development opportunities regularly present for those that are motivated to drive change. That is not for everyone and resilience and the ability to prioritise become key to success.
