Pros

I have been with the company for over 5 years now, I have been part of large and small projects. I have had the chance to experience the company's culture for better. The best part of working for Teleflex is the comradery and the sense of being part of something greater, at the end, working for a medical company is all about making a difference in people's lives.

Cons

Cannot think of anything, certainly with growth come challenges and opportunities but nothing that I can consider as a con.

Pros

Nice colleagues. Excellent product portfolio. Lots of collaboration within the teams. Salaries are OK. Good benefits. Nice offices in Reading.

Cons

Senior management may show more interest in the people who truly do all the work. It is hard work and the focus is mainly on profit, less on employees wellbeing. Hierarchical. Mostly men in the top positions.
