Decent products. Not a ton of hand wringing about performance. Outwardly trying to the right thing. But it comes off as uncaring.

Cons

-Pay is subpar -leadership seems lost -lots of shrugging about problems brought up -leadership often is the least educated about product and market

but since undergoing a rocky and haphazard regulatory restructuring, that balance is nonexistent.

Cons

below market average salary - I’ve been there over three years and they *just* came up with pay bands and career pathing for regulatory. Multi-level management is notoriously dysfunctional and catty- Bottom managers being best friends with directors and boxing out the mid managers who actually have a clue. i don’t know anyone who works there and is happy.
