Business Outlook
Pros
Worked with a great group of mostly committed individuals to produce devices that really help people. Opportunities exist for those who seek them and are their own best advocates.
Cons
Pay was low in certain areas and employee attraction and retention were affected. Management was constantly in flux which often impacted morale. Some changes were good and some were very bad. Innovation was stifled and culture change is a slow process. In order to keep stock price up, the management is willing to shut plants, relocate functions, and trim products....this could be a pro for some people and a con for others.
