Pros

business unit structure, divided by specialty, new building, located in great location, wonderful people, working on innovative technologies.

Cons

raises tied to end of year performance with minuscule 3% yearly bumps, barely enough to cover the raise in insurance monthly increases - this isn't the case in certain manager, marketing, and sales positions. Opportunities for advancement with the same department are lacking.

too many acquisitions and integration process is painful.

Acquisitions make Teleflex a much better option for healthcare providers because it broadens our portfolio and builds our revenues. Integration can be challenging, but it's also a great career development experience for people who work on those projects.

Teleflex is always changing, and it's often people who cannot thrive in change who don't fit with our culture. It really is a fast-paced company, and you can learn a lot here in a really brief time on the job.
