I'm lucky. My department (Controling) is pretty fine also with director, I saw a big complaining in different departments. Very good colleagues Supportive management Work life balance

Cons

Possibility to progress in my field Corporate structure (could be benefit) I didn't see internal promotions after year. Only one exception but it was second choice, to promoted him not the first.
