      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. You can do your eight and hit the gate.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management styles between peer groups. Pay raises are not fair at all. You are not truly rewarded for going above and beyond. The kid doing a sloppy job gets the same increase that you do.

      Alot of interactions. Good training. Decent pay for remote work

      Very strict compliance rules about bathroom breaks and no leniency for doctors notes with leave.

      Very relaxed work environment in terms of dress code and hours. Good work life balance

      Cons

      Poor management. Incredibly unorganized and dysfunctional. Some employees and managers are very sketchy in the way they perform their work - they use as many loopholes as possible, and if they get in trouble for it, they push the blame onto you.
