1. Work-life balance - Flexi working arrangement 2. Nice office - ergonomic table and chairs. 3. Stable

1. Goals and performance measures are not well-defined. As a result, misguided staff headed down the wrong path, only to be discovered and covered up later on. 2. Office politics is rampant - at times HR adds fuel to the fire too 3. Management seems disconnected from the ground. Stories shared by corporate comm does not reflect the real sentiments on the ground.

but since undergoing a rocky and haphazard regulatory restructuring, that balance is nonexistent.

Cons

below market average salary - I’ve been there over three years and they *just* came up with pay bands and career pathing for regulatory. Multi-level management is notoriously dysfunctional and catty- Bottom managers being best friends with directors and boxing out the mid managers who actually have a clue. i don’t know anyone who works there and is happy.
