Solid Place to Work Overall

Pros

Obviously, every manager is different and can make or break how much you enjoy where you work... I am fortunate and have a good manager who doesn't micro-manage and trusts me to get things done. I enjoy working for and with them and I appreciate that I am given autonomy to work and ownership over what I'm doing. Teleflora as a company does take care of their employees and has good benefits, fairly competitive salary, etc. and overall I enjoy the people I work with and the projects I work on.

Cons

The only downsides I can really think of are that the company is a bit old-fashioned and they could also bump up their salaries a bit, but overall it's not bad.

Not the best place to work

Pros

Company with a strong reputation in the industry (brand recognition) Strict 9-5 experience -- none of the work should follow you home Strong benefits (really enjoyed the meditation class they have, specifically the teacher of it)

Cons

Workers feel extremely undervalued leading to folks with too much time on their hands and an extremely toxic work culture No incentive to be a top performer at this company; this company has a low retention rate for the way it treats its talent. The company is notorious for enforcing nonessential rules and practices for the sake of it at the expense of its company (eg. rigid stance on remote work, convoluted strategies for product launches, etc.)
