Telerik provides the freedom to excel based on quality of work, quantity of efforts and creativity shown while going beyond the obvious tasks. Generous rewards are given based on great performance.

Cons

Decissions are sometimes made without discussing them with all relevant people leading to less understanding, acceptance or commitment. That includes also general policies.

-Highly skilled and motivated colleagues -Flexible structure - you are able to change your position or team -Many team building activities -Tons of benefits and discounts - free gym, free access to a swimming pool, an entertainment center where you can leave your children.

Cons

-You have to work hard. -I believe that most teams need a technical lead position. In terms of programming: -There are teams into the company that do not respect the common "good practices".1
