Pros

Depending on the team, you can get really great projects to work on. With many skillful engineers around, you can grow a lot, and fast. Pretty nice compensation, both salary-wise, perks, and time off.

Cons

Some teams don't have a mentality of automation. (This may become a "pro" point if you can leverage it.) If you don't think about it, you may sacrifice your work/life balance.

Normal developer job, not anything extraordinary

Pros

Great professionals work here. A lot of things to learn from *most* of the guys here. Lots of social activities, however, some of them tend to be maintained just enough to say that they exist. Paying is OK (but not as stated "a company that gives as much as it can, not as much as it can get away with" -- not even close.). Bonuses + 13th salary.

Cons

Everything negative that a typical large company has -- telerik has it also. Not even close to entrepreneurship as it is often described. Lot of the people here got promoted too fast and nowadays this is a huge "con" in my eyes -- newer people tend to grow much slower. And I'm not talking about high management people that have always been around the company -- I'm talking for junior developers becoming seinor/team leads for only year and a half/two years software development in their careers.

Good salaries, good benefits compared to other companies in Bulgaria, great culture and team spirit, frequent evaluations and bonus/salary adjustments (3/year)

Cons

Bad work-life balance, a very driven company where you are expected to be all-in and working as much as needed to do the job. Sometimes very political
