Company's pay system often messes up paycheck
Pros
Good people, good work environment. Honestly would be a pretty decent company to work for except for consistent payroll issues. When pay roll is working, it's great pay and relatively decent benefits. Roughly 10 days PTO, 6 days sick leave, 11 paid holidays for my position. Insurance is good, through United healthcare. If you want to transfer to a different role or location, they seem like they will do everything to accommodate you.
Cons
Company uses ADP for automated payroll, and pay errors abound. Employees are frequently underpaid or overpaid or not paid at all. Recently, in early December, the company sent a $1400 payment to nearly every employee (there are 1000 plus employees in the company I believe). Then, they withheld 1400 from the paycheck that came through the day before Christmas Eve. There have been too many pay issues to count, and while the HR works diligently to fix them, it gets very old after a while when you're missing half your paycheck for the third time, or there's a company-wide issue where no one got paid, or you're missing per diem dating back two months.
