      Friendly work environment. Flexibility on working hours. Flexible in vacation policy. Good bonus and yearly raise.

      Cons

      Harsh deadlines. Same project for years. Repeated and monotonous work in excel and powerpoint. Very few opportunities for professional growth. Have to wait at least a year for H1B sponsorship depending on your OPT status.
