Fun, chaotic, start up atmosphere

Pros

If you like working in a start up atmosphere, you'll like working here. The company is still growing and establishing processes and best practices, so it's a great place to have a lot of freedom to get things done.

Cons

We need more people. More designers, more developers, more people to get things done and carry out the vision. We also need more positive and optimistic idealists :-)

Crazy place. Nepotism. Favoritism. Back-stabbing. Lack of direction. Lack of consistency. Lack of caring. There are a few people that are in tight. The rest...watch your step and your back as you run out the door.
