Pros

Free foods, nice office , good view. I also met some good and skilled people here at the company. But depending on which team you are in, you may end up with some horrible and incompetent folks who only know how to play politics well and drag you down.

Cons

I mostly agree with the negative reviews here. Those reviews which claim there are no cons at all are definitively fake. During my stay at the company, I had enough share of office politics. Certain senior staff and managers have no clues on what they are doing or need to do.I got dragged down several times when working with them, because of their incompetency, which is horrible. I agree that some of them got their current positions in part because they have connections at the company, instead of being professionally capable. They literally care nothing about their coworkers or subordinates than their own survival at the company. Their communication with other members on the team is so poor that when asked about why this or that happened, their typical responses are " we/ I don't know" , without regard for what they say or do may create unpleasant feelings, dampen work enthusiasm, or drag down the morale altogether. A lot of info that should be deliberated more carefully before relaying is instead chosen to pass down during inappropriate times to audience that shouldn't have been given to, so as to serve only one purpose---create internal commotion to take direct hit off for self survival ---typical show of being selfish and unprofessional. Besides, certain senior staff tends to talk behind his colleagues' back about what he ASSUMED to be true about other staffs, regardless of the truth, in order to gain trust from the higher ups, without being conscious of any consequences whatsoever, which is unprofessionally disgusting.

Pros

the office space is beautiful, the food is good, and new hires get a great amount of warm and fuzzies when starting. when you're doing well, working fifty hours and can solve all the problems, they'll love you

Cons

as soon as you have a lag in your understanding for the domain, or can't finish a project on time, they just want you gone. no compassion. no regard for serious illness, management will make fun of you behind your back and sometimes to your face. misogyny is abundant and any physical ailments (scares, obesity, skin conditions) will be the butt of jokes in meetings. There's literally no hr, and every attempt at it has been fired.
