Salary is average, but no bonus :(

We are supposed to be doing something great at this company and I had really high hopes because of the impact we could make, but we don't even listen to our customers. There is a great disconnect between what corporate is doing and how we treat our customers. We get a lot of feedback and interact with customers a lot, but we do nothing with the information. Corporate doesn't follow through and it feels like they just don't care. It makes things really difficult and depressing when we are on the front lines everyday dealing with issues and trying to make promises we can't keep.

Improving culture that rewards talent Excellent new hires, especially those in the director/manager levels Flexible work schedule Informal office with more perks than my prior employers Opportunities for advancement

No profit sharing or other type of employee part-ownership in the company A few old habits (and bad apples) remain
