A profit sharing program is something that is actively being discussed by the executive team and owners. I believe that implementing a "shared success" model would greatly benefit the employees and the company as a whole.
I think that we could indeed branch out into other areas. However, our company needs to strengthen its core competencies a bit more first. Once that happens we could certainly leverage our platform for growth in other areas.
