Pros

Writing center director is a good boss, work is low impact, appointment-only scheduling reduces amount of walk-in traffic

Pros

Temple College is a good community college to get your associates before moving on to your university for your bachelors. I loved my time there as a student and when I worked there from 2001-2005.

Cons

Far to many administration changes from 2003-2017 (I can’t speak for the present), department heads either over worked or just checked out to the point of not checking emails from their employees that were not faculty. Students treating study labs and libraries like social halls or other community areas where they can hang out and chat rather than study quietly. Homeless people trying to break in to the buildings on the weekend (thank god for campus security being out doing his rounds!) horrible horrible horrible benefits.
