Pros

Philadelphia is a good city of an artist-professor. FMA department is very supportive of its Faculty and Students.

Cons

Adjuncts will never be hired full-time, but that's not unique to Temple. So it's not your foot in. You will probably be an adjunct forever. Adjunct salaries have improved in the past couple of years but are still very low compared to more prestigious universities.
