Pros

Temple has a diverse and exciting campus environment enhanced by the tremendous growth in its resident population. Persons who've not been to campus in the last 10 years will be surprised by the growth of its physical plant and the improvements in its academic programs ... business, law, communications, education, psychology to name a few ... and student profiles. Safety and security are a priority on campus (it is a city school after all), and it is less menacing and safer than comparable campuses in Philly and New York (have you been to Penn or Columbia?). Temple takes its role of populist educator to the region very seriously and supplies the area with most of its doctors, lawyers educators and entrepreneurs. It is no longer a subway stop on the road of life, as one student once famously wrote in the Princeton review. Temple gets in your blood.

Cons

Sometimes too large for its own good. Tries too hard to be all things to all people, but that is a good kind of con.

Pros

Worked in center city location and enjoyed it very much. Management was extremely knowledgeable and took time to mentor and create a great bond with the student workers.

Cons

Some of the work hours could be tough, but they worked with you to work around your class schedule. Some of the students could be extremely rude, but that is not the job's fault.
