They underpay and overwork all their employees, medical degrees and PhDs alike. They always talked about the opportunity for career advancement, but never gave the opportunity. Being hardworking and punctual simply isn't enough if you don't play their stupid games. You must be fascinated with intriguing topics like the weather and sportsball to fit in with the most basic, boring people imaginable. If you don't watch reality TV, forget about your career. Because that's what matters for climbing this company's social ladder. In short, you better be: smart, hardworking, punctual, and basic af because that's the only way to have a chance at advancing at this company. I hope the billionaire owner Eric gets the wealth tax he deserves.
