Pros
Fun team, fun people, everyone is driven and strategic. You meet a lot of interesting and bright people in a collaborative setting and work on interesting projects that are challenging both creatively and technically.
Cons
There is a considerable lack of planning and structure, and the fast-paced culture of the organization comes at the cost of the team, as they are often responsible for holding things together outside of the team's scope. Efficiency and sustainability were consistently undermined by urgent and immediate turnaround tasks. Though issues were often vocalized, meaningful changes were sparsely made and short-lived.
