Pros
-company is highly focused on their mission to serve patients -professionals there are serious about their work and have grea urgency -yearly performance reviews giving opportunities for employees to earn more and get promoted if you outperform your peers
Cons
-Sales goals/terriotry logic is a bit unreasonable making it hard for reps to hit quota. -They use Oncology as the framework to build other business units even though many of the strategies don’t crossover -Provider sales organizations are a bit old school when it comes to using sales tools like CRMs and Sales Engagement platforms. Other organizations in the company are the opposite and do a great job of evolving.
