      The work environment is extremely toxic. Leadership is inconsistent and often fails to provide clear direction. The company is heavily business-driven, which translates into overwhelming workloads and virtually no work–life balance. Team dynamics are strained, with frequent behind-the-scenes criticism, minimal collaboration, and almost no meaningful support from management. Processes are disorganized, and information is scattered across multiple places. I would not recommend working here.

      - Disorganized onboarding process with lack of support from management - Given very short amount of time to learn products and master processes - Certain employees in management positions exhibit poor leadership skills such as low empathy and refusal to engage in constructive upward feedback, despite regularly handing down criticism to reports - Feedback is not clear: often given contradictory instructions - Rigid guidelines: no room for different working styles - Stressful work environment: small missteps are amplified to large failings rather than opportunities for growth
