-Can feel like a frat party -Many people are fresh out of college and don't know how to behave professionally. See above. -Work-life balance. You will be working 50-60 hour weeks without OT, regardless of what you think you're getting into. -Blatant favoritism -People in management roles without supervisory experience or skills -High turnover due to unaddressed systemic issues

In any given room, you're working with experts in business, science, and technology. 3. The people are so passionate about the mission, but it's a business-driven company where we understand that when we do well, we're able to do more good.

1. Moves CRAZY fast. Can be difficult to keep up. 2. Need to be super comfortable with change. 3. Things can still be manual and frustrating.
