      Easy, repetitive work once trained—great for gaining comfort with lab automation and NGS workflows. Contributing to meaningful, patient-centered science in oncology. Exposure to modern tech platforms and high-throughput lab operations

      The workplace can feel politically charged—“high school politics” sometimes overshadow merit. Very difficult to transition to other departments or advance outside your original team. Recognition and advancement sometimes feel tied to internal alliances more than performance

      Very fast moving company. You wear a lot of hats and can learn a lot under the right team

      Cons

      Constant re orgs can make your head spin. The company has one decision maker and that’s the ceo. Everything rolls up to him and your org leaders, who are subject matter experts mind you, fall in line to whatever the CEO decides on. Having one decision maker slows things down. And this company does not do slow.
