      Some good, some bad... like most companies

      Pros

      Work with a lot of motivated, smart people who are impact-driven. Most teams have a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      The compensation typically isn't on the same level as similar companies. Leadership & team culture can vary quite a bit from team-to-team so your experience is largely team-dependent. Senior leadership has some great people, but also some who don't seem super invested in your personal or professional well-being/growth.

      Revolving Door; Just another job that pretends to care

      Pros

      -Okay pay -On site snacks and coffee -Not too bad on the micromanaging -Decent PTO -Easy work, but very boring

      Cons

      -Way too lax management -No accountability -Management cares more about people pleasing and "vibes" more than the actual work we do. (You can get away with anything so long as you're easily likeable even if you actually suck at your job and have zero work ethic.) -Management retaliates against you if you stand up for yourself. -You have to be willing to make small talk with everyone and appear super happy to be given opportunities to advance your career despite the proven work that you do.

      People are cut throat and aggressive. Very top to bottom type of mentality. Benefits could be better
