Cons
No 401k matching, leadership is not consistent with their stories, they say they are for you but are entirely against the greater team, deceptive and toxic work culture, most managers are first time managers and not properly trained, little growth, very political on my team -- needs to be part of the social club to be liked. Would not recommend this company or the science teams to anyone. Also, the company is greedy and does not care about genuine science, heads up to future clients--they just want to sell you data with the data being messy and incomplete. They do not care about generating meaningful data and science.
