I love working at this company because of its strong mission, brilliant folks, innovative projects, flexibility and intellectual atmosphere. The work I'm doing is good work I believe in. I love my colleagues, including my bosses. I love how flexible the hours are and flexibility in the projects I work on. This company doesn't feel like it has a hierarchy or like I'm narrowed to only working on one small thing. I really feel privileged to be part of the team. I want to still work here ten years from now.

Cons

Not much to say. I guess the pay and inflation increases could be higher. But I wouldn't work anywhere else, even for more money.

The employees are the cliquiest people you’ll ever meet. I was hired as a new graduate fresh out of college, the drama at this place amongst teams is ridiculous. Everyone talks poorly about each other. My manager had hired 3 of her best friends on and that was favoritism at its best. Management is horrible and burn you out, give you no credit for work that you have done. The pay is pathetic and the raises are almost non existent. When I got my year end review I was docked down points for not attending a happy hour. (which I didn’t want to attend because everyone talks so negatively on one another) Not attending the happy hour was thrown in my face a lot in team meetings. If you’re a new graduate please run, don’t walk from this place. After leaving I found a job that almost doubled my pay doing the SAME THING.
