Pros

Only pro I can think of is that this company is making a huge impact on the lives of cancer patients and research.

Cons

1. Horribly toxic leadership. 2. Low industry pay. Especially for the Account Associates 3. The company does not like to promote from within, they would rather hire externally. 4. You will be doing all the grunt work for the AE's and not get paid well for any of it. 5. Again, TOXIC culture. Everyone is out for themselves.

Difficult to accumulate time off, no punishment for coworkers slacking off, very difficult to get promoted in certain departments.
