Pros
-I had a decent experience at tempus-my manager was very kind, there was no pressure to not take PTO, I almost never worked more than 45 hours a week and the team I was in was very friendly and cooperative -you have a degree of independence in your work- so long as you get your tasks done you’re pretty much left alone and you can come in and leave at the times that work best for you (within reason)
Cons
-they aren’t kidding about that high workflow. I still got everything done in <40 hours, but the lab positions are a lot of repetitive manual labor so be prepared for that -no negotiation possible on salary, and no 401k match
