      Toxic work culture

      Pros

      It would be a good place to work if you are a recent graduate and need experience in the industry.

      Cons

      Coworkers tend to be cliquish and create a toxic work environment. The lab staff no longer have unlimited PTO and the accrual rate is incredibly low. The rest of the company has unlimited so if you are looking to work at this company I would recommend working in a non-laboratory position.

      Pros

      Your coworkers are also having an awful time so the old "shared sorrow is half a sorrow" idiom is at play here.

      Cons

      Incompetent management has no accountability. Promotions seems based on nepotism rather than actual value that you bring to the company. Awful communication at all levels. Meager pay and frankly offensive annual compensation adjustments (<2% for a year of service) that don't come close to matching increases in cost of living, not to mention inflation.
