Was made to feel small and weak by superiors. First department-wide meeting I was apart of, a week into my tenure: management yelled at 30-40 entry-level employees, calling us, “lazy and entitled” and preaching, “the rest of the company doesn’t respect you” to ensure metrics were met. The same type of behavior continued for 3+ years. Little to no regard for employee well-being. When employees complain about conditions, the favorite response is “cancer doesn’t stop and neither should you”. Tempus was a large reason why I chose to go to therapy for depression and anxiety. Finally feeling better about myself after quitting more than 6 months ago.
