1. The work culture is really bad (by design). Leadership doesn't really care about fostering team spirit and growth, but it encourages extreme selfishness and asslicking if you want to move up the corporate ladder or get a raise. 2. There is no real strategy for the company's growth, and there has been a lot of turnover at all levels specially in the past 2 years. Constant reorgs and team changes based on management whims. The RWD space is quite crowded and tempus is no longer the unicorns they claim to be, they really need to stop drinking their kool-aid.
