The mission itself is admirable, beyond that PTO, remote, and free snacks.

Cons

No room for growth, lots of micromanagement, and constantly changing rules and standards of procedure. Your work puts you on an island by yourself and completely out of touch from everyone else in the company. Expect to overwork yourself to keep up. The "rules" vary person to person, manager to manager, don't expect any consistency or stability.

CTO's friend is failing upward and causing everyone to leave Pay is way below market value and there's no 401k match.
