Pros
The best part about working at Tempus is the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of really smart people with different expertise. Everyone is really excited to share what they do and so it makes for an incredible learning environment where ego doesn't play a role. I feel challenged every day but I also feel respected in my role, which can be a very hard balance to achieve. I love having an office full of snacks, an in-house barista, and unlimited vacation days, but more importantly I get to go home every day knowing I helped someone.
Cons
We are trying to solve really a difficult problem, so there's a lot of work to do and it can be overwhelming at times, but you're never going to be the only one staying late.
