Pros

This is a very good company in terms of meeting modern job-expectations. They can offer 100% remote work at local hours, full benefits + commuter/remote compensation, and have a really robust onboarding/training program. CS is so supportive and kind and we all help each other every day, the trainers and managers are very kind too. Lots of opportunity & encouragement to crosstrain and learn new skills, and they promote internally all the time.

Cons

Being national, you’ll get emails outside of work hours that you feel pressured to answer (but don’t technically have to). Some departments (Tech & Sales) have notoriously unfriendly/mean people you have to avoid.

I don’t have any pros to share.

Cons

From the technology side, they are pigeonholed into a belief to have one thing work even though their engineering concepts are flawed. They have a revolving door or contractors who tell them what they need to do and it’s ignored. Contractors leave in frustration, and their consultant company is scattered.
