      Pros

      Experience is very dependent on manager and team. Some teams are grinding due to the importance of their work, and others seem more lax. Overall, the people there have been awesome and it's been a pleasure working at Tempus!

      Cons

      Not as many benefits as you would see in an average tech company. Questionable tech decisions made by leadership have been frustrating to deal with as all teams are expected to use specific services that should not have been made/used.

      Engineering environment isn't too bad. Learned a lot The context of the data is cool other engineers are pretty chill low stress

      Cons

      CTO's friend is failing upward and causing everyone to leave Pay is way below market value and there's no 401k match.
