      Improved my negotiation skills; improved ability to perform under pressure through the auctions; good hours

      Cons

      Everyone who worked here was outright evil. Business Development is a joke. A bunch of used car salesman looking for the teat.

      Pros

      The people at Ten-X are great and are doing their best to disrupt a the Commercial real-estate industry. I found the leaders to be smart, forward thinking, caring individuals.

      Cons

      There was so much change in just a few years, it was hard to keep the morale up. I hope with the latest acquisition that things will normalize and the leaders will get back to focusing more on the employee experience.
