      Pros

      If you get a good market and can persevere, you can make a lot of money. That being said, no one I worked with was making a lot of money.

      Cons

      Miserable work environment. Controlling management. Egomaniac for a CEO. Arbitrary metrics. It is basically working at a call center. Note that Costar now owns Ten-X and has for a while, so make sure you read reviews on working for Costar. They are pretty bad. Believe them.

      Pros

      We have jobs and get paid on-time.

      Cons

      It sucks to be forced to work from office. Especially when you have to work on late evenings and weekends to support releases and then CEO says you can't work from home.
