The commission structure doesn't make sense for the role. The business has a long sales cycle and there is no true formula for success unless you're 1/2 seniors that get guaranteed servicer/lender business. Otherwise you're setting yourself up for failure. Do not leave your job for this place-huge mistake. You're not paid unless there's a sale and you have to keep a trailing 3 months of high revenue and a certain trade rate-which is impossible in todays market conditions.
