Pros

Tend offers great benefits such as health insurance, 401K, and trainings.

Cons

They say they have open door policy but your opinions ,suggestions or concerns are not heard. Lunch time is not guaranteed. it gets really busy. Most employees can take lunch break.

Pros

None at all. Don't bother.

Cons

Seasoned docs who have been in for years might enjoy, but new docs beware. They will say that there is no corporate structure then hold all decisions that you make that they don't like against you. Worked several times filling in a shift out of kindness when no one could make it, then was heavily reprimanded for actions made with lack of resources. Money rules everything, if you're bringing in a killing they might overlook ish, but if you're not EVERY LITTLE THING you do will be scrutinized. Never been more stressed in my life. Felt like the office manager and management pulled the shots even though everyone knows that the doctors keep the lights on. Felt like a puppet ngl and didn't realized how bad it was till I left and was no longer stressed. Place is beautiful, electric handpieces etc but TERRIBLE support. It was super hard to diagnose cause my office's X-rays were always super blurry because the company was cheap with sensors. When multiple offices mentioned such to management they did NOTHING. I had to always have referrals in hand just in case for that reason cause they would tell at you for taking too many X-rays or taking too long even though the materials lack for thoroughness. Another example is that we only had 2 curing lights in a 9 operator office with 3 docs. Also running into bottle necks instead of just having enough lights for half of the rooms. Ultimately this place is impossible. They want you to be the "Four Seasons" of dentistry but don't give you the materials and let patients dictate EVERYTHING. If anything happened, the patient was always right and the infraction will be documented against you as they build a case for your removal when you are no longer profitable. Extremely high turnover to the point that oms and endo partnered offices took notice. Smoke and mirrors personified. Apply at your own risk.

Pros

None anymore - started out great but has gone downhill fast. Pay and benefits are below market and the company continues to take away benefits - less paid holidays

Cons

Leadership is unavailable and acts more like a dictatorship than leaders - no training or guidance. You are told to do a task with no direction or understanding of how to do the task. when you seek assistance/training you are directed to search the internet or read a book "thats how I learned" or "I worked with someone and that is how they learned". Team events should not take place on Sundays or even off the clock.
