They provide you with the tools and knowledge to succeed at your job. They care about their employees and customers. The work space is clean and inviting. They offer a hybrid schedule of half work from home and half work in office.

Cons

None that I have experienced so far.

THE PAY IS NOT WORTH IT. Hour back to back new patients… while expected to preform srp/ gingival scalings in the same appointment. There is a reason they are always looking for hygienists.
