Amazing growing company

Pros

Tend is a place where there are so many passionate, talented people to learn from and work collaboratively with. There is a ton of excitement surrounding growth of the company. It is a fast-paced environment that consistently challenges. Tend is really great company to be a part of as they pick up more speed/become more well known. Flexible work from home policy for Hub team members. 401k matching is great. If you're looking for a start-up kind of rapidly growing/evolving business, this is a great fit.

Cons

-With corporate offices in both NYC and Nashville, it feels very disjointed. Some teams feel very understaffed and others seem very overstaffed without reason. -Bonuses/raises not typically given (not for work anniversaries, holidays, accomplishments)

Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience! We are so glad to hear how much you enjoy being part of the exciting growth we are experiencing and that you have found a collaborative environment with coworkers who challenge you to learn and grow your skills. We are sorry to hear that you feel a disconnect between our hubs, across teams, and through communications and appreciate you sharing this perspective. We understand how important this is. We recently launched our intranet, The Mint, which is the main source of company news and updates for all employees. We value the hard work and dedication of our teams, and we are always looking for ways to show how much you mean to us. As a young company, we value employee feedback and we are always listening so we can continue to improve in all areas.
